These are all the challenges results that have been posted on Mozak.

- Consensus: 76708 (212%) Gold Standard: 36260 (Dendrite-Only) This comparison is to a dendrite-only reconstruction, so the % shown above should be ignored. The dendrites in the consensus are terrific. All dendritic length was captured. The axon looks quite good as well, but without a comparison, it is impossible to say if anything was missed.

- Consensus: 135141 (131%) Gold Standard: 103099 This one looks amazing. The difference in length is entirely due to the false positive in the upper right corner. Otherwise, all the dendrites were captured and look very nice. There is almost no axon in the image.

- Consensus: 91658 (53%) Gold Standard: 171407 This one looks okay, but not great. The dendrites are all captured accurately, but the axon is very spotty, and there is some false positive on the left of the image. This could be a case that was removed too soon.

- Consensus: 82483 (64%) Gold Standard: 129323 This was a very challenging cell to reconstruct. The axon is very faint and very dense, which is why much of it was not easily captured in the consensus. The dendrites look very good.
