Challenge Results
These are all the challenges results that have been posted on Mozak.
- Date: Jul 21, 2017 UTC
- Consensus – 68240 (86%) Gold Standard – 79136 The dendrites were well captured, and much of the complex axon was captured. There is a little bit of false positive signal on the left side of the cell where people traced surface debris.

- Consensus – 43429 (43%) Gold Standard – 100064 This one could have used more comments from me directing people to the large axon structure at the top. Some dendrites were missed, which is unusual.

- Consensus length: 68625 (67%) Gold Standard length: 101476 Three dendrite tips were missed in the consensus, and much of the faintest axon was missed. There is very little false positive, which is great. This is the kind of result that is particularly useful as a starting point for us. It would allow us to quickly complete the dendrites, and then do a sweep to capture any missed axon.
