The consensus reconstruction did a good job with capturing the dendrites out to the tops, but has issues with areas with overlapping branches and corkscrewing. The gold standard did not include the entire axon, and much of the consensus that you see removed is axon. The green portions are the player created traces. The other colors were from the final trace determined by the scientists. Red is axon, blue and purple are basal and apical dendrites.
