Gold Standard: 24661px Consensus: 54694px (220%) In this case, the players traced the neuron nearly perfectly, missing only one dendrite tip, but then continued to trace a lot of false positive signal present in the image. This would be a good cell to pull examples of false signal from for training purposes. One factor that contributed is that this human tissue has a different appearance than the mouse tissue that the players are used to tracing. In this case, the quality that would indicate to a player that the signal is false is that it is very thick, very diffuse and does not connect to the main structure. I’m guessing that much of the false signal is vasculature in this case.
