Consensus length: 90749 (38%) Gold Standard length: 235313 This is an example of very dense axon, which I expected to be difficult for players to capture. The dendrites are all captured, and look good. You can see that lots of weak axon signal was missed. Also, there are false positives in the bottom of the image, which I believe to be axon from another nearby patch attempt. Using this as a starting point would still be better than starting from scratch or using the existing autotrace.
