Hi players, the website and application will be down very briefly on 9/20 at 7am PDT while updates and bugfixes are released. Apologies for the inconvience. Details about the specific updates will be posted here shortly.

UPDATE: Here are the changes that were part of the update:

• Ability to change the depth of the viewable volume. Use shift+mouse wheel to change the size and alt+mouse wheel to change the position of the volume. This can be used to make virtual finger more accurate as it will hide traces not part of the volume and decrease the search space so it captures less noise.

• Starting at disconnected view at the start has been disabled while problems with consensus and how it is combining reconstructions are being resolved.

• Ability for scientists to create non-box shaped comments. Hopefully this will allow them to draw tighter fitting comment areas which will make it easier to find the neuron branches.

• Bug fixes to scoring, node coloring, z-clipping of nodes
